Sunday Decemeber 27th, various anti-Israel hate groups will be congregating at Union Square with the stated purpose of memorializing the so called “Palestinians” killed by Israel in “Operation Cast Lead” in Gaza earlier this year. There are two major problems with this. 
First, this is a memorial gathering in name only. That aspect is a small part of it. This will be the usual anti-Semitic hate fest filled with lies, misinformation & denial of Jewish rights to a homeland. Below is an example of what one of these events usually looks like. This particular example is actually from San Francisco during the aforementioned Operation Cast Lead which happened earlier this year:

Second, these people will blatantly LIE about what happened in Gaza and why. They will not mention that Israel’s civilian population was continuously attacked with rockets by Arabs in Gaza for 8 years straight before the Israeli government finally defended its citizens. They will not mention that Hamas terrorists used women & children as human shields during the war. They will not mention that Israel made an UNHEARD of (and in our view ERRONEOUS) decision to expel its own Jewish citizens from Gaza in 2005. Since expelling its own citizens and handing over Gaza to Hamas control, all Jewish property was destroyed, farms & synagogues were burned & cemeteries desecrated by Gaza Arabs. In exchange for its sacrifice, Israel got more and more rocket attacks from Gaza Arabs.

So what is this rally about? Well, one part is a “counter-protest”. We will be out there to counteract the racists, bigots, hypocrites & liars who will be out in numbers blaming Israel for defending its people. We will be researching, writing up and handing out accurate updated information regarding the necessary military defensive strike in Gaza called Cast Lead. We will also be demonstrating Hamas involvement in the murder of its own people.

The other and perhaps more important purpose: we have many crucial & relevant issues of our own that we would like the Bay Area public as well as the global community to be aware of. Some of these issues and ideas are listed below, but we are not necessarily limited to just these issues. Considering this is the Sunday after Christmas, it is likely to be a huge shopping day at Union Square. It is a chance for us to inform people about the Zionist Liberation Struggle. Our united voices will be heard regarding the following issues!

Here are some ideals we believe in & issues we hope to address at the event: 

1. We support & demand global recognition of Jewish National Rights. As modern day Hebrews, the Jewish people are the indigenous people of the land of Israel (or the direct descendants of such) and therefore have every moral, legal, historical & humanitarian right to their homeland. Although many millions of Israelites were driven into exile by the force of Western Roman imperialism and continuously persecuted throughout the millenniums, many chose to immigrate back to rejoin other Jewish communities in Israel. In spite of forced exile, expulsions, conversions, massacres & other tragedies culminating in the Holocaust, we never relinquished our right to to live in our land. Considering an interrupted Jewish presence in Israel for over 3300 years, Jews must continue have a right to live in any part of Israel including the Liberated Territories of JUDEA & SAMARIA (Yehuda and Shomron). We also demand a right to return to the Jewish community of Gush Katif and for Jews to be able to reside in any part of the historically Jewish region of Gaza.

2. We are explicitly against the creation of a second “Palestinian” state in our homeland. There has never been a country called “Palestine” and the recent invention of a “Palestinian” identity is a false piece of propaganda invented to be used as a political tool against Israel. Historically, culturally & practically the country of Jordan is the Arab “Palestinian” state.

3. Considering the injustice and impracticality of giving up parts of Israel for an unlikely possibility of “peace” with our enemies and considering consistent past failures of the “land for peace” formula, as well as betrayals of all agreements by the other side; we demand an end to the Oslo/Road Map circus & recommend considering alternatives to the two state solution!

4. We demand world recognition for the plight upwards of 850,000 Middle Eastern Jewish refugees who were forcibly expelled from Arab lands. Some were massacred & others were forced to leave their homes (where they had lived for hundreds and in many cases thousands of years before Arab conquest) leaving all their wealth & property behind. We demand reparations from the Arab governments that perpetrated this crime against humanity. The Jewish refugee issue must be included in the context of all discussions regarding the Arab/Israeli conflict.

5. We want an immediate presidential pardon for Israeli hero and current American political prisoner Jonathan Pollard! He is unfortunately spending the 25th year of an unjust life sentence locked up in prison & we DEMAND that he be released immediately!

6. We demand the immediate release of young Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit who is still being held captive by Hamas. Freeing almost 1000 terrorists in the prisoner exchange is not acceptable. Free Gilad now without preconditions!
